What You Will Do:

 

· Collaborate with project managers to plan HVAC installation projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

· Oversee installation teams, ensuring they adhere to project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

· Provide guidance and training to installation technicians, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.

· Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have during the installation process, ensuring a positive customer experience.

· Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work orders, equipment specifications, and installation reports.

· Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards throughout the installation process.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the installation department.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

· A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

· HVAC Certification

· 3+ years of Field Experience

· 3+ years of supervisor/manager experience

· 3+ years of HVAC installation, preferably in residential settings.

· Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including knowledge of various types of heating and cooling equipment, ductwork, and ventilation systems.

· the capacity to lead a team effectively, delegate tasks, and guarantee the timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

· Clear and effective communication with both team members and clients is essential.

· ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during installations and provide effective solutions.

· Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

 

Pay Transparency:

 

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $60k-85k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
